Services priced at $119 or more already include local mobile travel, with no separate local mobile fee. Services priced below $119 remain subject to the $119 appointment minimum.
Battery replacement may be listed at $99 labor plus battery cost; however, the $119 appointment minimum still applies if the customer supplies the battery or books a labor-only installation. Appointments outside our standard service area may require an additional travel charge, quoted and approved before booking.
Mobile Service Limitations
We focus on routine maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and select mobile-friendly light repairs. Do I have to approve additional work?
What does a diagnostic fee cover?
A trouble code is a clue, not proof of a failed part. Diagnostic fees are separate from repair unless a written estimate specifically states a credit. If more testing is needed, additional time is approved first; disassembly, specialty testing or a return visit is quoted separately.
